Explore the Admission Process

Please submit an application online including a testing fee and application processing fee. Our office will contact you to schedule screening/placement test.

Key Dates:

For the current school year: Applications are taken year round and enrollment may be offered, if space is available.

For the following school year: Applications are now open and will be processed as received. The priority deadline is mid-February, but applications submitted after that date may still be considered if space allows.

Access application links here.

Kindergarten

In February, incoming Kindergarten students participate in a readiness screening to help assess their preparedness for school. The screening includes:

  • Letter and number recognition
  • Fine and gross motor skills
  • Social and emotional readiness

Grades 1–8
Applicants for grades 1–8 take a placement test to evaluate academic performance and determine admission eligibility. The test includes:

  • Math
  • Reading comprehension and language arts
  • Writing

Within one to two days after screening, the school office will contact families by phone to share admission decisions.

***Space availability depends on current class size, the number of returning students, and the number of applicants. Enrollment is offered per the acceptance policy. Priority is given to siblings and then to children of active parishioners of Holy Spirit Church.

Enrollment is the last step in the admission process. Families secure their child’s spot by completing the online registration form and paying the registration fee. Eligible families may also apply for financial assistance during this time. Once registration is confirmed, families will receive registration packets, and our school’s Welcoming Committee will reach out with updates and guidance to help prepare for the upcoming school year.

  • Cash Calendar Fundraiser: Sell or purchase 30 raffle tickets ($300 total).
  • Volunteer Hours: Complete 30 hours per year (parish and/or school) with flexible opportunities.
